United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, CA for a permanent full-time role.

In this position, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that help residents regain independence in activities of daily living and improve their overall functional performance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Occupational Therapist License

• Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
