AlliedTravelCareers is working with Slate Healthcare to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in St Johnsbury, Vermont, 05819!
Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking a Occupational Therapist up to 40 hours/week. The successful candidate will provide in-home therapy services to maximize the independence and safety of our home care and hospice patients. Must work well independently while also being a collaborative member of our multidisciplinary team. Requires VT licensure, a valid driver s license and reliable vehicle. Experience in a home care setting is preferred.
