- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapy experience.
- Current certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Experience caring for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal ventilation and critical care respiratory management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent NICU, PICU, or ICU respiratory therapy experience.
- Experience with neonatal ventilator management and critical care equipment.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
