Position Overview

Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Olympia, WA 98506
Shift: 4x10 Nights (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday)
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

Contract: 13 Weeks

Facility Highlights

• Facility: Providence St. Peter Hospital
• Type: Short-Term Acute Care
• Beds: 325
• Charting System: EPIC
• MRI Equipment: Toshiba Vantage Titan 1.5T
• Team Setup: 2 MRI Techs on duty at all times
• Operates under ACR imaging & safety guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures (setup, scanning, and processing)
• Administer contrast injections
• Ensure image quality and patient safety
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and patients
• Maintain schedules, perform quality control, and assist radiologists
• Operate and maintain MRI and auxiliary equipment

Requirements (Must-Have)

• ARRT (R) & ARRT (MR)
• Washington State License (no pending accepted)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging protocols
