About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified CST in Bangor, Maine, 04401!

Scrub Technologist will work under the direct supervision of the surgeon to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures. Responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, handling surgical instruments, and anticipating surgeon needs during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile field and follow strict sterile techniques
• Assist in gowning and gloving surgical team
• Perform instrument counts with circulator
• Pass instruments during procedures
• Assist with draping and room setup
• Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization
• Support OR turnover and preparation for next case
• Train new staff and students as needed
