- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists
- Provide therapy to improve ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Support patients with mobility, coordination, and strength training
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

- SNF/LTC experience preferred
