Requirements
Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Document patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT
- Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations
Requirements
- Active COTA license in IL required to start the assignment
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior SNF experience preferred
