About the Role:
We are seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team and provide patrol services for a private Homeowners Association (H.O.A.) property. Officers will perform both vehicle and foot patrols to ensure the safety, security, and peace of mind of residents, guests, and property staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols throughout the community.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, and safety hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing H.O.A. rules and regulations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports.
- Act as a visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a welcoming presence.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Qualifications/Requirments
- Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 depending on local requirements).
- Valid [state name] Guard Card / Security License (required).
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
