Looking for experienced only wholesale/retail wheel and tire customer service representative.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a high energy, personable, Customer Service Representative for our Garden Grove, CA distribution warehouse. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate positively with customers and sales team. We seek a self-driven, disciplined, reliable, hard-working, excellent communicator with experience in the automotive aftermarket wheel and wheel accessory industry.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with product inquiries, fitment questions, pricing, and order status via phone and email.
• Process and manage retail and wholesale orders, ensuring accurate entry, pricing, and shipping details.
• Provide wheel and tire fitment guidance, helping customers and dealers select the correct Raceline wheel models, sizes, and bolt patterns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any shipping or inventory issues.
• Handle customer service issues, including returns, warranty claims, damaged shipments, and order corrections.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail customers by providing prompt support, product knowledge, and follow-up on orders and inquiries.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 4 years equivalent work experience – Retail Wheel & Tire, Wholesale Automotive required
• High School graduate.
• Strong problem-solving skills; demonstrates intellectual curiosity
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Clean driving record required
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability in both attitudinal and behavioral components of consumer behavior
• Ability to communicate – visually, written and oral. Strong, energetic presentation skills
• Strong experience in questionnaire development – thinking creatively, for valid and engaging respondent experiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple cross functional areas
• Ability to manage time, projects, and conflict independently and with team
• Ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships and effectively prioritize business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, load and unload wheels from vehicles, may be required to sit or stand for long periods, ability to travel to dealer sites
• Ability to train retail stores on how to buy/sell our brands
• Some weekend, or overnight travel for events required
