Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Employee to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, staging, and transferring inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate must have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable operating an Aisle Master (Bendi) forklift, and be able to perform physically demanding work, including unloading containers and handling pallets and inventory.
This is a full time position Monday-Friday with some overtime
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate an Aisle Master (Bendi) forklift safely and efficiently.
- Build, wrap, and organize pallets for storage and shipment.
- Put incoming stock away in the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Unload shipping containers and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Use an RF scanner to receive, locate, transfer, and process inventory.
- Stage customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Process inventory transfers between warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure products are properly stored.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Previous experience operating an Aisle Master / Bendi forklift – REQUIRED.
- Experience building and wrapping pallets.
- Experience putting inventory away and maintaining organized warehouse locations.
- Experience unloading containers and handling heavy products.
- Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Experience using an RF scanner preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
