We are a thriving, privately owned specialty veterinary hospital opening in Daytona, FL, and we're looking for experienced Surgery Veterinary Technicians to join our high-performing, compassionate team.

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Day Shift 2: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Day Shift 3: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- *Saturday reduced shift on rotation for discharges only
Your Role:
- Assist in patient prep and recovery for surgical procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and maintain surgical records with accuracy
- Maintain sterile environments and assist with instrument sterilization
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process
- Collaborate with board-certified Surgeons, Anesthetists, and the nursing team
Advanced Surgery Tech Skills You'll Use and Develop:
- Surgical patient prep and positioning
- IV catheter placement and fluid therapy
- Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
- Pain management and post-op care
- Proper documentation and patient hand-offs
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of veterinary surgical or anesthesia experience
- Strong technical and animal handling skills
- Calm, detail-oriented mindset in a surgical setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for surgical patient care and professional development
