Travel Security and Intel Analyst

The Travel and Intel Analyst will serve as the administrator and developer for the team’s intelligence tool suite. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the platforms that power travel risk monitoring, threat intelligence, and data visibility, ensuring the MSOC has dependable, well-tuned tools to support a scaling 24/7 operation.

Salary: $80,000 / Year

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

• Lead administration and optimization of travel risk, intelligence, critical event management and monitoring platforms.
• Create AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, alerting logic, watchlists, geofences, risk scoring, reporting solutions and automated monitoring capabilities.
• Oversee platform configuration, user administration, licensing, vendor coordination and continuous improvement.
• Manage integrations between intelligence platforms, travel systems, communication tools and enterprise data sources to create a unified view of traveler location, risk exposure, and itinerary status.
• Develop and maintain travel security workflows supporting pre-travel assessments, monitoring, in-travel alerts, risk mitigation, communications, and incident response.
• Coordinate with Protective Security, Cybersecurity, regional security teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and escalation processes supporting traveler concentration risk management.
• Monitor global travel activity, emerging threats, significant company events, and traveler-impacting incidents; assess potential exposure and operational impacts; and facilitate the timely escalation of risks, incidents, and response requirements to appropriate stakeholders.
• Partner with regional security and training stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive travel security awareness program.
• Develop, monitor, and report on program metrics leveraging dashboards and other technologies.
• Build an assurance framework and protocols to ensure the program is operating as intended. Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in security studies, intelligence, information systems, data analytics, geographic information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience with security systems to include basic programming and operations management OR a Masters degree in a Computer Science related discipline.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Experience supporting security, intelligence, travel risk or operational monitoring platforms.
• Experience translating business and operational requirements into documented workflows, process maps, escalation procedures, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, analytics platforms or workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Ability to support significant incidents outside normal business hours when required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:

• This position is designated as On-Site role and NOT approved for remote work.
• Office setting with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures
• Major activities include interfacing with site and contractor personnel; working on PC while sitting; telephone use
• Physical effort is limited, to include standing, bending, light lifting, and stretching and reaching
• Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law
