As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol guest areas and back-of-house spaces, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls, document activity, and communicate clearly with guests, staff, and emergency responders when needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest concerns, disturbances, and potential medical situations, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, lobbies, corridors, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor guidance and/or wayfinding while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete required documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate observations to site management, and support property rules and/or loss prevention efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
