As a Security Officer - Visitor Check In in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and support employees with clear communication. You will stay visible at the lobby post, respond to security-related concerns, and document activity with attention to detail. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Manage access control by greeting arrivals, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to the appropriate contact.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and/or alarm panels as assigned, and report irregular conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating communications with on-site personnel and contacting emergency services when directed by post orders.
• Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, access records, and shift activity logs, using client systems and/or Allied Universal tools as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
