As a Front Desk Officer at a high-energy retail and entertainment location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and team members, greeting visitors, verifying access, managing badges and logbooks, and supporting security-related communication with site leadership. You will stay visible at the entrance, help to deter unwanted activity through professional presence, and deliver caring, people-first service with integrity, teamwork, and an agile approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location.
• Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, monitoring entry and exit, verifying credentials, and issuing temporary badges and/or visitor passes as required by site policy.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the front desk, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with management and local responders when needed.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports, document visitor activity, and communicate updates to incoming personnel to support consistent security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
