As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including platforms, station facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures; report unusual activity, damaged property, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; coordinate with emergency responders and/or transportation personnel as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and communications records in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
