Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, office spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain accurate logs, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations in required reports while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a respectful workplace environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
