Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a utilities location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, control access, and complete clear reports to help identify and respond to security-related concerns. You will maintain a visible presence, assist employees and visitors with professionalism, and communicate clearly with site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
• Monitor access points and utility-critical areas, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report irregularities through proper channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders when needed.
• Complete detailed shift logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation using approved systems, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
