As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with teams and site contacts, and deliver customer-focused service with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes, noting unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe traffic flow to help maintain authorized entry, report concerns, and/or assist with directing individuals to appropriate check-in and badge processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or local responders as needed.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs with clear, timely documentation of security-related observations, actions taken, and follow-up needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
