As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Vernon, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points to help support site rules involving visitor processing, deliveries, and restricted areas.
• Observe and document conditions related to equipment, gates, doors, and/or facility operations, and communicate concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
