As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Must be 21 years of age and be comfortable using computers or tablets

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the industrial environment.
• Assist with access control by observing and reporting on individuals entering and exiting the premises, following site-specific guidelines.
• Document activities, incidents, and observations in daily reports to support site operations and communication with Allied Universal management.
• Support emergency preparedness and response by participating in drills and adhering to client-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3 years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
