As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations within a technology-focused facility, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, alarms, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to appropriate contacts.
• Monitor access points and interior areas, verify visitor credentials as required, and assist with traffic control and/or delivery coordination based on post orders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written reports and logs, and report maintenance hazards and/or operational concerns through site-specific channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
