As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and support site personnel and visitors with clear communication and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office, warehouse, and/or campus areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and building activity using security-related systems and routine observations; verify authorization for entry and report irregular activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate parties and complete required notifications and documentation.
• Write clear, timely reports and maintain activity logs, including patrol findings, incident details, and service requests, following site and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
