As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Canal Winchester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, manage access control and badging, and provide clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access at gates and building entry points by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, and directing drivers to designated areas per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems when assigned, report maintenance and security-related concerns, and complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
