Pay Rate: $22.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet guests, verify identification and/or access credentials, and document visitor and vendor arrivals in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support loss prevention and other security-related objectives by observing lobby and entrance activity, reporting unusual behavior, and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and front desk communications while providing a professional presence for clients, guests, and store personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
