As a Security Officer - Unarmed Front Desk in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and support a positive experience for staff and visitors through strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required by site procedures, and assist with directing visitors to the proper destination.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to onsite management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
