You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will document observations, respond to calls for service, and communicate clearly with property staff, acting with integrity through teamwork. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license per AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify maintenance hazards, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services as required.
• Monitor and control access through lobbies, entrances, loading areas, and parking areas, verifying credentials and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
