As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a tech office location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy issues.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation when appropriate and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and key areas by observing activity, checking credentials when directed, and reporting suspicious or unusual behavior per post orders.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol documentation, incident statements, and follow-up actions, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
