Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activities, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. In this role, you will deliver customer service with integrity, work as part of a team, and bring a caring, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or vendors, following site protocols for access, visitor processing, and delivery verification.
• Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, assisting with incident follow-up, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required records related to security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
