As a Security Officer Texas Level III Armed Patrol in Tomball, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and use technology to document security-related activities. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-materials concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and operational zones to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain required reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and emergency responders, and support compliance with applicable armed-post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
