Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, entry points, restricted zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior, prohibited items, and/or policy violations.
• Support security-related operations within a chemical and petrochemical location by following post orders, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and first responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
