As a Security Officer - Site Security in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff and members with clear communication, quick response, and a customer-focused approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control, disruptive behavior concerns, and/or emergency notifications.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other site systems as assigned, document observations, and communicate issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear, detailed information, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 or more years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
