Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor badges as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns at the reception area.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional, orderly reception environment and help to deter unauthorized access by reporting unusual activity and following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
