As a Security Officer - Rover Driver Security Clearance in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a retail and mall location as an unarmed, driving patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, support store teams and guests with clear communication and customer service, and document activities with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior common areas, exterior perimeter areas, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, and/or lost child or lost property calls as directed by post orders.
• Monitor entrances, loading areas, and other designated access points, helping to manage visitor and vendor entry and/or direct individuals to the appropriate mall or store contacts.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
