As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with personnel, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to an aerospace and defense location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any security-related observations as required by site policies.
• Remain alert and observant throughout the shift to help to deter potential threats and support the overall security-related mission of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
