As a Security Officer Screening Associate in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access points, screen people and/or items, and support a professional, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine observations, and help address security-related concerns through clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the location in accordance with established post procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documentation, and/or shipment-related information to help support authorized entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
