As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to resident and guest concerns, and communicate clearly with your team and site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and established post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify visitor access per site guidelines, and report maintenance issues and/or hazards observed during tours.
• Complete security-related reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
