As a Patrol Officer at a premier residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for residents and guests. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues found during patrols around the location.
• Work closely with residents, guests, and property management to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Remain alert to surroundings and be prepared to respond to emergencies and/or requests for assistance in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
