Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access activity, monitor for security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location within a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor and employee credentials as directed by site protocols, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Answer phones, greet guests, manage visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and communicate access instructions, directions, and/or site expectations in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required logs, records, and front desk documentation, and support badge control, key control, and other access-related procedures in accordance with location policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
