As a Security Officer Reception Driving Role in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet and direct guests, verify visitor credentials, and support access control processes for the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security-related issues to site leadership.
• Answer phones, support deliveries and vendor check-ins, and provide information and assistance consistent with building policies and customer service expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
