As a Security Officer Patrol in Springdale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership, healthcare staff, and Allied Universal personnel regarding incidents and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
