Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative environment that puts people first.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support order at the location by following post instructions, assisting with traffic and pedestrian flow, and completing routine reports related to daily activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
