As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including exterior areas, perimeter points, parking areas, and other designated spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control and general site operations by following post orders, maintaining accurate activity logs, and providing clear information to employees, contractors, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
