As a Security Officer Patrol Rover in Glassboro, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will contribute to a caring, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, damaged doors, lighting issues, and/or other security-related concerns observed during patrols.
• Support daily location operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and following post orders related to deliveries, visitor traffic, and after-hours activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
