As a Security Officer Patrol Sentinel in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, noting unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers, helping to support authorized access procedures within a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing trailer yards, dock areas, and high-traffic spaces, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
