As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication, report concerns, and partner with site teams to respond to alarms and access needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or data-driven location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office, warehouse, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and policy concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
