As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Miamisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. In this unarmed role, you will support access activity, assist people on site, and deliver strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology and media-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and sign-in processes when assigned, and help to support authorized access in accordance with location protocols.
• Communicate clearly with clients, employees, visitors, and first responders during routine operations and/or escalated events, while maintaining professional presence and customer-focused service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
