You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will also communicate clearly, document observations, and deliver customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, construction zones, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, observe for unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or theft through presence and timely reporting.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation; communicate observations and status updates to supervisors and/or on-site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
