As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.77 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location protocols and government site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or other noteworthy activity, and communicate relevant updates to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
