Security Officer Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will support access activities, assist visitors and staff, and bring strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned post orders, following site-specific policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter checkpoints, to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and activity within the location, report suspicious behavior and/or maintenance issues, and communicate relevant information to supervisors or designated contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
